Jebao RW-15 rubber gasket

Anyone with a dead RW-15 happen to have the little black gasket that secures the pump to the bracket? ('Tis where the pump connects to the bracket arms that hold it to the magnet back. It's about a cm wide and has a flat part then a little raised center area around the hole - holds the pump secure and non-vibratey.)

Or, what do we think can replace it? I can't find an actual one online. I was thinking maybe cut layered rubber from a balloon, or cut layered netting?

Would small rubber bands work, or a rubber band that is twisted back and forth?

It would probably need replacing somewhat regularly but the noice and vibration is deadened by the rubber it holds it against right?

Rubber band could work. I figured anything other than the actual gasket will need to be replaced regularly...

Bump... No one has a dead RW-15?
