Jebao wp25 advice

I bought and have been running a wp25 to replace one of my wp10s that run on my jebao dual controller. The wp25 is acting kinda funky.

I plug it in or take it out of feed mode and it will run strong like it is suppose to but after about 30-50seconds it's power goes way down. The power level on the controller does not show any difference and the night mode is not activated.

I have tried running it through both channels, with/without the wp10, unplugged everything and still can't remedy the issue. The problem seems to happen in every mode as well.

Anyone got any advice they wanna throw my way in an attempt to fix this?

Buy a new one. All kidding aside tho serious prob some random manufacturer error that there is and will never be support for. Just chok it up too a bad batch and by a new one. Think I have 4 experiences with jaebo pumps some good some bad. Currently been running my 2 rw15 for almost a year no problems. Risk I know I take buying these pump but all weighed together in my situation it's cheaper to by the jaebo pumps. Personally I love them.

Do you know how old is the wp25?
Older wp25 tend to have quality issues.

I purchased it new, two weeks ago. Bought it as just the pump no power supply/controller. I assume it is newer, but don't have the box anymore so can't confirm.

Is there a distinguishing difference in look for newer/older models?

It still pushes more water than the wp10 it replaced just doesn't blow sand around like it does when it's properly working. May just replace the other wp10 since the wp25 pumps alone are pretty cheap. Ive been happy with the brand so far between the dual controller, wp10s and the dosing pump I got from them.
