I just wanted to share my findings on my power heads what I have is a MJ mod. made by Sure Flow (1600) the flow is nice not to strong and very quiet. My other is a MJ mod. by ECO this is very strong so strong of a current that it blows the sand around on the other side of the tank almost down to the glass so that had to go on a time on for 45min. and off for a few hours. My last is most most recent buy they are two #4 Koralia, I just installed them yesterday so they are still new for me to say anything good or bad. But I do like them very quiet very mellow not to strong but they are big for now that is my only draw back the size. My tank is a 120 so it's 4x2x2 and the sand is 4" to 5" thick.
