Have you tried ghost shrimp. When I needed to get my dwarf lion fish to eat, he went for ghost shrimp first then guppies and finally silversides.

I don't have a leaf scorpion but I do have the ugliest scorpion fish, it's awesome. Got him from Aqua Addicts. It sits and waits for a guppy to swim by but misses out because all the other fish a 20 times faster. So I took a rigid plastic clear 3/8 air line and sharpened a point on the end then with a bic lighter I barely got close enough to warm it up and put a slight bend, little less that 45 deg, on the line. I pierce a thawed silverside and wiggle it in front of the scorpions face till it get the hint, time to eat. It's very time consuming but worth it. I asked a LFS about ghost shrimp and he said "Oh that's gonna cost you a lot of money" , "silversides will be best to feed your fish"......hmmmmm......oooook. It's eating, was tough at 1st for me too, also plenty of water changes since I do have a heavy load on my tank, all aggressive. Good luck, and patience. I get another if there's an uglier one out there.
