Lets hear who your favorite online dry-goods supplier is?

Reefgeek.....

Most places will have free shipping if you reach a certain amount.

I only use the LFS.
+1

I bought a few things online when I was new to the hobby then found out I could have picked it up for the same price or cheaper at my LFS. So unless the online retailer is have some MASSIVE % off sale I go to the store.

I didn't want to make it online vs. LFS

I do make LFS purchases whenever I can....

Ok people I wasn't asking about making purchases at LFS's. Obviously we all visit our local stores to purchase drygoods, I specifically asked where you purchase drygoods ONLINE

Hate to be an a** but seems every thread on here gets derailed lately.

I've had great experiences with reefgeek for my retrokit and bulbs.

I've also had pretty good experiences with drsfosterandsmith.com. My first two orders I got from them were messed up/broken but they did fix the problems and since then I've had no problems...

Kevin, I usually use the three you mentioned, with Premium Aquatics being my go to place since I discovered them years ago. Customer service has always been A+, and I don't have to wait a week to get something from California. It was nice to see them become a sponsor.

If it's an odd to find item, I go with marine depot or Drs. foster smith. They just have a huge inventory.

I also use that fish place and big al's for the occasional items when they are having a good sale.

Thanks Linda I forgot about Al's

I too have used Big Al's and been happy with their prices, the ground shipping only takes about 2 days tops.

I don't buy online....(but I am biased)

But when I have bought online, I have had good experiences with Marine Depot, ReefGeek, and Premium Aquatics.

I am sure you can find everything you need at local shops and for the same money, or close to??? Some LFS might be willing to ship or drop ship to you, for the same convenience of online...??? just a thought.

The more business I/we can push away from online vendors and keep local the better.

My favorites are.

Marine Depot(Equipment)
Dr. Foster Smith(Sand, Salt) Cheap shipping.
Bulk Reef Supply(Mag, Calcium)
AquaCave(Equipment)
Hello Lights(Bulbs)

I too have used Marine Depot and Drs Fosters and Smith. I have also order some odds and ends from a few other places when I find a deal that can't be beat like reeffx.com. MD just takes forever to get here from California and I have had good luck recently with the LFS ordering the stuff and getting it just as quick.

Reef Geek for all my lighting needs, Marine depot for most of the rest. Except when i need stuff for my dogs then its Dr Foster Smith.
