Saw this on Reef Builders. Love the idea to involve the public and make it a competition while also helping with an invasive species. Very cool!

Apparently they are tasty! Haven’t tried one myself yet. Cleaning them seems a bit dicey

I heard that too, people said it taste really good.
Form a while back, I was told some Wholefood stores carried Lionfish fillets, a bit pricey.
