Looking for info on maintenance company charges

Ok,
I'm looking for what people who do maintanence on tanks.. Ie take care of tanks for people so they can have one without the work, Charge.

Flat fee?
by the gallon?
fresh vs Salt?
charge for supplies don't charge for supplies?
etc...

Before the question gets asked...yes it is to see what people charge so that I can get a ballpark figure for my own sevice.. If I do it.

i know several people that do this and the fees will vary depending on the job ( reef or fowlr or fresh ) but it usually runs anywhere from $1 to $2 dollars a gallon with a minimum of $50 if the tank is smaller.

as far as supplys go, salt would be included with water as part of the per gallon price. but any equipment is extra as well as food and supplements.
