That's quite the collection/order. Was this pic during acclimation, or did you get a random box of stuff?

Yeah I ordered 125# of live rock and this is all the life I got from it during inspection before a rinse and into the QT bin. Have three pistol shrimp too. Everything in the pic was pulled from the rock but not all reef safe. I have one more cooler full of rock to go!

You can always give it to your lfs, or find a good lfs if your lfs isn’t that good. Hopefully this guy makes it!

Did you order the rock in water to the airport, or wrapped in newspaper. I have ordered twice from them wrapped in newspaper and all that stuff has shown up dead on my orders.

I did the wet newspaper which I’m the end has some pros and cons:
- cheaper
- lots of the bad guys die or end up in the bottom of the box for easy removal
- some do live
- the smell of curing is awful, 4 full water changes to get it under control

I’ve seen mixed reviews on them but am leaning towards them going in the sump.
