marineland 60g cube

well here it is the marineland 60g cube 24x24x24. bought it at jay's(the best) just got it upstairs in the living room and thought i would post some pics. check out the overflow it's about 3" wide and the drain and return holes are drilled thru the back wall rather than the bottom. I like how the overflow doesn't take up any room. I'll be using a 30g oceanic cube for a sump( a little tight fit,but still have room to work in). hope the pic's come out ok. any suggestions or ideas i would love to hear them. thanks,peter

the one @ jay's is a 70g cube. this one is a 60g. light fixture will be a coralife 24" pro 250w mh hqi w/ 65w actinics

Jay's has the 70G 30"x30"x18" Marineland cube still in stock as of yesterday when I was there. Very nice tank with stand, overflow, and I believe the glass top for $699. Unless I do the custom tank I am thinking of, this will be my upgrade from the 40G Breeder. I really like the looks of this tank.

sump help

thanks guy's! I can't wait to get it started. I do have some ?'s regarding the sump. I need some design idea's as I never built a sump w/ a fuge. I have a oceanic cube 30g 20"l x 18"w x 20h . I did a bunch of searches but didn't find any cube like sumps. I only wanna do this 1 time, so any ideas would help. I'll be using a coralife skimmer 65g model and a mag 7? pump. the skimmer will have to be inside. I think the footprint is 5" x 6" . thanks,peter

I live in Merrimack NH. I actually have a Oceanic 30 cube with a 18"wx16"dx15"h sump below. If you like some pics, drawings or ideas that will be cool. If you want to come over and check it out that would be ok too.
