Maroon clowns

So I just picked up a second maroon clown. The first has been in my 75g tank for about a month. They fought for a second when I first put him in, but have since add there way to separate corners. My question is will they eventually pair up?

From what I understand its hit or miss. I have two BW clowns that have been together for months and I still can't tell if they are paired. Sometimes they swim together and the little one does these twitching motions which i assume is trying to impress the bigger one but then they will sleep on opposite sides of the tank. They don't fight but they aren't always together like I have seen with paired ones.

If they are two females, then NO.
If they are not two females, then YES. I had something similar hallen to me, but I knew one was a male and one a female.

I added an unknown maroon to a known female b&w occellaris. It took about 3 months but they are now inseparable. I know they will never breed but that is fine by me.

pretty sure they wont breed because the maroon is the only clown we keep that isn't amphiprion. it is Premnas biaculeatus. I figure the 2 different species will not breed with one another. I also have not been able to find anything online showing a breed between A. Occellaris and P. Biaculeatus.

Mine pair up immediately when introduced together, but there was a huge size difference between the two. The are always together.
