Media for dual reactor...

Been out of the game for quite some time and just curious what are the go to options for dual stage reactor? I know it uses to be gfo and carbon but I never liked that option as they need different flow requirements. Are biopellets still a thing?

Basically what would be your go to media to go along with carbon? I will definitely be doing carbon by the way

I use both carbon and gfo in my reactor. No issues.

I'd rather not use GFO for various reasons at the moment as I will have plenty of nutrient export... I might either use the 2nd chamber and fill it with live rock rubble or maybe do a cheato/pod reactor chamber...
