Meeting venue way north - anyone near Portmouth, NH?

We are looking for a venue for an upcoming joint meeting with SWAM (Saltwater Addicts of Maine). We would like the meeting to be in, or near Portsmouth, NH, as that is basically a half way point between the two clubs.

If anyone lives in Portsmouth, or might know of a reasonably priced venue nearby capable of holding at least 60-80 people please shoot me a PM.
