Membership renewal/payment

@Joe Rice is there anyway you could add a message when membership renews on PayPal or is paid to message you on the forum? Just to speed up the process a bit

The whole PayPal connection to the forum software is buggy at the moment. It should all be instant but I'm having to go in every week or two and fix all the people who aren't getting renewed. It's at the very top of my list of things to fix as it's really a PITA for me. Should get to it very soon.

I assumed it’s a pain in the butt for ya to keep updating everything manually.
