micro bubble help

I cant figure this out...any help would be great. I am getting micro bubbles through my closed loop. I have a Dart pump plumbed directly into to2x 1" intakes and 2x 1 " returns. Practically zero head outside of the obvious junctions needed to split the intake and return. The intake and the return, both have ball valves/unions for easy tear down. Could the micro bubbles be coming from my ball valves? This is very dry with no signs of salt creep either. Its been running for a couple of years but the bubbles seem to be getting worse.

Sounds like it might be sucking in outside air into the loop. I'd check the connections.

Hi...thanks for the reply. But wouldnt I be seeing some sort of leak?or at least salt creep?

Thats if water is leaking out, your experiencing air being sucked in.

Thats just what I was going to say .I faced this on my closed loop after installing I had microbubles so I just took thr pvc cement and (painted) each connection thickly on the outside an it helped alot.Probaly not what you do but I was desperat.
