Mogul Socket for 250W and 400W ?

Do 250W and 400W SE bulbs use the same mogul socket size? I have a mogul socket for 400W but I might want to go with 250W and wanted to make sure if I can use the same socket. TIA

yeah, it's either a "mogul" base, or a "medium" base.. as far as i know 70 and 150 watt single ended use "medium" everything upward of that uses a mogul size base.

You can use the same socket thats no problem. Just not the same ballast (obviously)
