Need a I'd on these anemone

What are the proper name for these and are they good or bad for tank I was told they spread like wild fire is that true

yup.. bad ones... try using aptasia-X or adding peppermint shrimps. I had a great result with peppermint shrimps but it seems they are hit or miss.

I know file fish are also a very good option for controlling them.

I will absolutely take them I appreciate that this is from my cube so they should do well and there can I pick up tonight. I just have them on one rock that I got from my friend he was moving It I did not know if they would good of bad so I figured let me grab one I could always pull the rock but would not mind that added shrimp for the cube

File fish worked wonders for me.... Until it found my acan. I use aptasia x but you have to make sure you cover the entire disk otherwise they will come back with a vengeance

Even if you find some aptasia around the tank, give the shrimp some time to get accustomed. They'll work eventually, just have some patience. I thought they were a lost cause in my tank, then one day I noticed they were all gone.

Sadly, I was only able to catch one Peppermint for Tony - but she is the biggest and hungriest of the three.

Want to give a big thanks to wpeterson real good people, it was nice meeting you guys and when I put her in the tank she was bigger than she look in Container for sure But still to hard to find in this picture

Just an update the shrimp worked Wonders I only have a small piece of rock I. There with 4 aiptasia in there and by the end of the week they where gone. Thanks again Wperterson

Awesome! She was too hungry in my tank, glad she's got a nice big tank with pests to munch on.
