My friend have a 29gal tank and he want to drill two holes to build the overflow if anyone can help with the drilling or know place that drill please help thank you. I will pay for what ever it cost to drill thank you and have a great day.

Probably should post your location.
Find somebody local to do it.

I would drill it for you but you would have to come to me.

I am not 1 1/2 from worcester. 1/2 hour 45 with traffic.

Krystal Clear Aquatics in Auburn will drill the holes for you. $15 each.

I'm in Gardner MA, some 30 mins north of Worcester.

I have bits to drill holes of three sizes. 3/4", 1" and 1.5". They are metric sized bits for the heavy duty sched 80 bulkheads (slightly larger in diameter hole). But the holes work just fine for the regular duty bulkheads. I've drilled a 20gal and a 125 gal tanks rather recently. It was quite easy to do.

If you want to swing by with the tank send me a PM. I'd be glad to help out. Also, if you need to silicone in an overflow or something, I have some spare RTV103 (black silicone adhesive) you are welcome to use. I just built a 'bean' style overflow with the stuff on the 125. The stuff worked really well.

Oh and no charge for drilling. Easy to do and I'm glad to help a fellow reefer.
