Need Help! Setting up my first CA reactor

Hello everyone! I finally got everything I need to set up my K2R Calcium Reactor. I am confused about the regulator and what the gauges should read and should the co2 bottle be fully open and only adjusted by the needle valve? any help would be appreciated

Open the CO2 bottle up most of the way. Then turn the valve on the regulator uttil it shows around 20-30lbs of pressure on the left guage. Then oppen the needle valve to get the desired bubble count.
