Need help with first time fragging

I have a few things Im thinking about putting up for sale for the next meeting. I've never fragged anything before and dont want to kill anything. So heres what I got:

Green Mushrooms, Frogspawn, yellow polyps, and an anenome.

Questions:
1) Whats the easiest way to peal the mushrooms of LR? Is it necessary to glue each head to a plug? (It would take a plug each if so, thats why Im asking).

2) How do I go about fragging the frogspawn? Its got maybe 6 or so heads, coming off maybe 3 branchs. Would I just saw a branch off?

3) Whats the easiest, safest way to take an anenome off LR?

Thanks for any help!

Cutting the top of the mushroom or razor blade the base or peel off it off the rock. Set mushroom in a container in the tank with live rock out of direct light and minimal water flow. Mushrooms can be divided into quarters provided you have the inlet center of the mushroom divided and placed of live rock. Plastic toothpick and rubberbands may be do able also, but not much for guarentee.

Cut a branch with a bone or coral cutter.

3) Whats the easiest, safest way to take an anenome off LR?
Ice cube on its' base.

Be careful doing it this way. I've had better luck just snapping the branches with my hands. I've seen people split the branch (and head) in healf when cutting them with bone cutters.

Ice cube on its' base.
I've heard this a lot and it has honestly never worked for me. What has always worked for me though it to aim a powerful powerhead at its foot. Then, when it starts moving, just slowly work its foot off the rock. I've always thought that rubbing an ice cube on the anemone could definitely hurt its tissue, but it's just my opinion and I have nothing to back that theory up.

Also, once the anemone starts moving if you have a small piece of acrylic you can place it right next to the foot and force it onto the acrylic and easily remove it from the tank.
