Need recommendations for maintenance service

Hi everyone. Hopefully this is the correct location to post this.
I have a 75 FOWLR tank at my office that needs work. The guy who used to maintain the tank for us disappeared, so I'm looking for a new service. The tank's had green hair algae for quite a while and I'd like to get that resolved as well.
