wow....looks impresive...when will the retailers be getting it? BTW...I'm an octopus 3000 user...never had any issues with the manual supplied. Very easy to use...Is the Neptune system instructions & manual that bad?

Lots of people don't like it. They think it's too complicated to understand and/or to program. I haven't actually thumbed through mine yet. Another complaint, which is kinda silly, is that the ACs are outdated looking.

Since the RKE is so "user friendly," Neptune came up with this as their modern answer.

Apparently the < $500 price tag is an introductory Pre-order offer.
