New Radiant Wrasse

cruises the tank all day picking bristle worms off my rock. anyone know how deep my sand bed should be for this guy? i heard 3"+

Most will say from 2-3. I have a Melanurus Wrasse which also sleeps in the sand and my sand bed is about 2 3/4" deep. It was about 1.5" for about 6 months with the wrasse and had no issues. I only increased my sandbed depth when I got a haddoni anemone.
