Received shipment from NY aquatics today.. ordered multiple pieces of livestock. 1 was missing on arrival, 1 was dead on arrival, 1 died within a couple hours after acclimation. The rest appear healthy for the most part. Hasn’t been a full day yet. The size of 3 of the specimens is significantly smaller than anticipated. Not saying I wouldn’t order from again. Communication has been outstanding. Refunds no problem thus far.
