bought to tangs couple of weeks ago,- no heat pack water on arrival 65F!,one tank doa on arrival(got refund ) ,second tang went to my frag tank,when I decided to move em into my main tang I mesured it -2.5 inch instead of 3-4 '' ,what a rip off!

I have GREAT experince with nyaquatics. i ordered from Michael 3 times. The first was not good but he gave me credit, so does every body else. the second is GREAT, he picked me 2 African Allardi clownfishes, one large and one small and now they are mated pair - both are VERY healthy as Michael described. The third time, which was before Good Friday, i bought a yellow Gigantea carpet. the carpet came in as Michael described, freaking healthy beyond words. the yellow gigantea IS/WAS the best reef animal i have ever gotton in my life as you all know how DIFFICULT and RARE it is to obtain a healthy Gigantea, let alone a yellow one. and the best part of it all is, shipped to my door priority overnight with the carpet is $115 total!!!

i can't not ask for a better carpet, Allardi clownfishes than what i have gotten from Michael. i am sorry you did not have good experience but i hope you better luck next time. if i am looking for livestock online, he will be the first place i look.

edit: i forgot that i also bought an African flame angel from Michael and the fish is very nice, and the price is sweet. overall his price is very good, IMHO.

I'd love to hear if anyone feels I should have handled it differently.

3 weeks after receiving the white bar tang, I get this email:

white bar tang size ,this fish was supposed to be 4+ inch and it is not even 3 ''! what are going to do about it?

My reply:

The fish was listed as:
White Bar Surgeonfish (3-4")

Why are you asking me now, almost a month after you got it?

because I trusted u on size untill I mesure fish and 3-4 '' should be at list 3'' ,I will never buy from U again and talk about my experience on rc and brs unless I get satisfaction

The fish is 3", at least, and what satisfaction do you want a month after you got it?

send me a picture of it laying on a ruler and then we'll talk.

If you claim it's less than 3", please send me a picture showing that.
If not, then you're just wasting jerking me around.

You contact me almost a month after you get a fish, asking for a 50% discount?
Are you serious?
If the fish is as you say, send me a picture and I'll deal with you fairly.
Otherwise, what do you expect me to do?

I have bought from Michael several times in the past (When I had my tank). Not only were the fish shipped very well, The prices and the condition of the fish were excellent.

When I set up my tank again, I would definitely purchase from Michael again.

I was just expresing my personal experience,and good for u guys that u had differnt ones,I ordered fron this guy before and it was almost same story 3 fish 2 doa,one died next day ,water temp on arrival about 63 f,I called him up then I he tells me that it is ok for fish to be at this temp!any way just my personal bad luck second time arround

I received my dog faced puffer today. He si beautiful bigger than I expected. Michael even tracked the package to make sure it got to me and emailed me checking to make sure I had received him OK. You don't find personal service like that often. he was up and swimming around the tank within an hour.
