Oxygen level

Hello all,
I recently listened to a Julian Sprung lecture where he mentioned increased oxygen levels playing a role in promoting coral and fish health, and I wanted to ask if there are any reefers here who are supplementing oxygen to their aquariums. I’ve seen a device called a sochting oxydator which is apparently popular with fresh water shrimp breeders and some European reefers. Mr. Sprung mentioned the existence of an oxygen reactor in his lecture, but I was unable to find any examples of what this actually is. Short of drilling a hole through my wall for a skimmer intake or buying a noisy and expensive oxygen concentrator, are there any practical ways to increase oxygen levels of my reef? Is anyone here experimenting with oxygen levels in their water?

I've not seen Julian's talk, but I cannot imagine a reason to increase O2 level beyond air saturation. Using pure O2 IMO would likely be risky unless you have some pretty reliable control method. Oxygen is actually a very reactive compound and can do a lot of damage if the levels are very high.
