Paid for individual membership but wanted family

I paid for an individual membership at $20, but just saw on another thread you can do family for $25 but I was only given 2 options, $20 membership, or $46 to sponsor. How can I change that, I would like a family membership?

Wouldn't worry about it,im pretty sure the meetings are open to the public

Is that all it means, they can come to the meetings? I want to have both myself and my boyfriend be members. Do I have to pay for his membership separately?

Both members would be card carrying members and also both would be allowed to vote during the elections.
