Phyto culture

I just started a Phyto culture. The directions said to add 1 ml of food when you start the culture. My question is, How often should I add food to the culture?

I have seen that.The only thing is it does not say anything about feeding while it is growing.

All the sites I've seen say you only feed the culture once. When the culture stops turning greener you split it and start over.

You'll be amazed to find that they need little if any F2 after you start them. The dying organisms release enough nutrients to keep the culture going. It also depends which phyto you are culturing. As George said, feed when you split.
