How long will a 16oz bottle keep if refrigerated? I definitely want to buy some phyto for pickup at fragsgiving. Any advice on which strain to choose for which purpuse?

I have kept mine refrigerated for 2-3 weeks key is to shake them daily so the sediment at the bottom goes away each day post-shake.
