Pistol Shrimp and Emerald Crabs compatible?

Everytime I put Emerald Crabs in my tank my Pistol Shrimp starts clicking and within a month the grabs are gone. Could the Pistol Shrimp be eating the Emerald Crabs????

Yes totally possible - Mine eats limpets/small snails if they come close to his hideout haha

Pistols I wouldn't trust with anything too expensive

i have a 3 year old pistol (he's 2 1/2") and he can be a nasty SOB when something get's too close to his burrow.
