Plumbing a 180 w/ sump

I'm looking forward to the next meetings plumbing discussion.
Does anyone know a link to schematics that show how I should plumb my 180with a sump?

Or do any of you engineers enjoy this opportunity to dash off a quick schematic?

I'd appreciate any advice on valves etc.
