pump selection

ok im getting back into sw but i dont want that high of an elec bill. its gonna be a fo but i may get a few low light corals to make it reef i know. what pumps are good rated but wont run the elec bill. also i nedd a good amount of flow so any sugg on the flow in the tank? thanks

do you need a return pump or a pump in the tank for water movement. what size tank is it? in tank pumps, i would look into tunze products.

ok sorry thaught i put that in there its gonna be on a 75gal tank and i need return and some in tank flow.
