Question about LPS and SPS with a PC

Hi All,

I have a 16 gallon bow front with a 40 watt 50/50 10 k Power Compact. I was wondering if it would be ok that I could put LPS or SPS in the tank. So far I have duncan and it is doing ok, but before I go and purchase anything further I wanted to make sure that a brain coral or a frogspawn would do ok. Thoughts?
