I don't have the time to do any searching 
I just changed my bulbs from a 14k phoenix to a 10k xm. I was running the light about 8" off the water and I raised it another 4" to about 12",is this enough?
Also, I was running the light 7-8 hours per day, what should I cut the lighting cycle to?
I was thinking 4-5 hours for a week, then 6-7 for another week
