Recommended PC lighting period for soft corals

I am trying to dial in an ideal lighting period for my tank. I run PC's (both the full spectrum and actinics) for approximately 8 hours each day. The refugium is on the same period.

I have yellow polyps, striped green mushrooms, purple mushrooms, red mushrooms and green star polyps. All corals are healthy.

I also have 1 Kole tang, 1 ocellaris and 1 Royal Grama along with an assortment of cleaners. Everything is in good health.

My question is, does anyone out there feel strongly about a lighting period? I am new to corals and just want to make sure that I am giving these creatures the best treatment possible.

I would imagine "full spectrum"means 10,000K?
Just my 2 cents,but I would at least run my lights for 10-12 hrs.I run my actinics for 12 hrs. and my 10,000ks for 8 hrs.

If everything is happy than keep it up. You can switch to 10h or 12hr if you want and see how things look. If your not happy, switch back.
