That is a little vague. We will gladly help but we will need more info in order to diagnose the problem for you. Pics work great for that.

As Jenn said it is hard to help you out without more information. But i will assume you mean too many bubbles in your tank or too many bubbles causing the skimmer to overflow. Either way double check the instillation instructions. If it's overflowing lower the water level inside the skimmer. If too many bubbles in the tank try raising the water level in the skimmer. Also make sure all the connections and seals around the pump are tight and not leaking.

Turn your flow down on the siphon arm and maybe use some filter media to catch the bubbles coming out of the skimmer.
