Ques. Reef beat connections

Having a hard time with connecting to the Red Sea reef mat. It was working fine for a couple months . I changed out the mat , and unable to get to reconnect.
I even reinstalled app, and disconnected from power. I’ve gone thru all steps recommended by Red Sea .
Anyone near taunton can stop by and lend me your expertise for a few mins?
I’ll be happy to give u a frag out of tank .

I have had the issue in the past, try using another device (phone, or tablet)
 
No familiar with the reef mat but familiar with networking. Make sure you are on whatever protocol works best with the device. I.e 2.4ghz or 5ghz etc
