hey there,

i'm working on a mobile app that will help me keep track of tank status/tasks/reminders. Here's a few of my ideas that would help me out. Feel free to add your own. If you contribute to a feature, I'll send you an early version. This will initially target Android phone/tablets...

Features:
- scheduled reminders (water change, bulbs etc)
- hardware list (light types, salt)
- crash report - keep track of when things happen
- tank formulas (1 cup mag += 100ppm)

Apex Specific (will add RK3 support)
- tank status (probes/outlets)
- manage outlets (on/off/auto)

Maybe this is already covered in the 'crash report' but perhaps a memo or notes section. I like to keep a journal for my tank and I jot down various changes I make. For instance when setting up to dose randy's two part I kept track of how many mL I was adding. I also like to record my parameters when I do a water test. It's nice to be able to go back and see what the levels were at and when.
