Ok so have been running Kessil A360 for several years . Have 6 over a 180 with 4 t5 supplement. Have not been happy with the A360 due to constant breakage . Light keep blowing color chips, fans go bad and power supply crap out . Looking for new lights that still give that shimmer in the water. Any suggestions. Or should I consider HQI again . I currently have Aquatic Life t5 hybrid 4 buld that I can retro new lights into .
Side Note keeping LPS and SPS with Clams.
Whats the best new option.

What are the dimensions of your tank?
To get the similar shimmer as Kissel, you may need another Kessil. The A360 is known to have the issues you mentioned due to heat build up, but the newer A360XE (not the A360x) is better in thermo management and slightly brighter.
