reef safe puffer

Is there such thing as a reef safe puffer? I have read that the toby puffer is but they eat small shrimp.

If you don't have small shrimp like sexy shrimp then it may not be a problem. As far as nipping clam mantels or harassing other critters it depends on the individual.
