Refugium Light Question

I recently set up a new sump and refugium. I wanted to know what wattage bulbs are being used out there for successful macro algae and pod growth? I picked up a standard 5" clamp light from HD for $6. It can handle a maximum bulb of 75w. Dimensions on refugium are about 14"x12"x17"

u want to be at least 6500k, home depot sometimes has them, i got the one i had at ace hardware, i think it was like $7, u want compact flourescent 6500k

Also make sure you get the ones that have"Day light"on the box.
