I'm getting a lot of micro bubbles coming out of my return line.how can I stop this?

probably low in water..........or just alot of oxygen in sump...put a filter sock or a filterpad....should reduce the bubbles...............

Do you have baffles between your skimmer and return pump?

Yes my skimmer if in a 10 gallon drilled tank which then flows to a 20g with a bubble trap, through my fuge and into the return pump section

Put a 90 degree elbow on the inlet of the return pump faced down toward the bottom of sump. Sorry no pic...Also place the inlet to the returm pump furthest away from skimmer. Basically turn your pump in the opposing direction away from skimmer.

your pump isnt doing it, its the way your sump/fuge is setup... myself, i have tons of micro bubbles in my sps display, and they dont harm anything... GL with yours however :)

I don't think thats the case.there are no micro bubbles in my fuge which is directly before my return.I've heard that some algae thrive when high co2 of present and im assuming micro bubbles will lead to raised co2 levals

I would think that depending on the air quality 02 would rise.
Shut down the return pump and look for any slight leaks.I've heard of air being drawn into a small leak and showing up in the DT via the return hose.
Also, new tanks generally have some air bubbles to contend with before things get worked out of the system.

Had the same problem! I modified my skimmer.....I placed some rocks below of the skimer, and watever place I could it fit....Right now my tank its perfect

Usually people put a bubble trap right after the fuge as well but it's not exactly necessary. In my case the only return I have is the outlet for my skimmer, to which I added a sponge that catches the air bubbles and keeps them from entering the tank. That's an option for you as well if things get out of hand. Is the outlet fully sumberged? Is the outlet pump submerged? And the water than drains into the return area of your sump, does it splash into that area at all? That'll cause bubbles too.
