Hi folks - I have a couple-month-old Reefer 250 that I originally filled with Caribsea Fiji Pink sand. The challenge is that my powerheads and return pump keep blowing it around and when I use a siphon to do water changes and try and grab sand, a lot of the sand is pulled into the tubing and out of the tank.
Right now I just have a pair of clowns in the tank with some LPS frags but have aspirations of adding some sand sifting fish at some point and understand that I need to be careful about what size granules of sand are in the tank. Any recommendations of some sand I could add in at this point to help "weigh down" the sand that's already there?
