Sapphire Skimmer problem

I have a Sapphire Skimmer. There seems to have no bubbles. I tried cleaning it and taking it apart. It seems pretty simple but still does not seem to be skimming properly. Anyone have any experience with this skimmer?

you just cleaned it so it'll need to be broken in again. as far as it not producing bubbles what have you done to it, ie... modified it? added components of any sort including pvc? What are you using to for resistance? default or did u add a valve? is the skimmer leveled? is it in insump or external? I may not know whats wrong but one of these answers might help someone else narrow down your problem.
