Sea cuke question

I bought 2 cukes. I now have 4. That is not that big a deal, BUT, I never put a cuke in my fuge...I have a small 1 1/2" to 2" cuke in my fuge? I know Deb won't touch the cukes because Mike Roby was kind enough to describe them as turds with or without corn depending on which one you like. Could a cuke split and somehow get through my overflow and return pump?
