Seahorse tank just crashed, ammonia question

The ammonia is up to .50. I moved everyone to the quaratine tank. Some look fine but some are breathing heavy. Is there anything I can do for them?

Do at least 50% water change and add ammonia remover. Make sure the pH is at least 8.2 (more of a shift to the less toxic ammonium ion) and be prepared for a nitrite spike.

Then figure out why you got the spike - seahorses excrete a great deal of waste.
