I wouldn't worry about that kind. The species that has everyone panties in a knot is a reddish color. Also, the only thing harmful about them is their apperance when they reach plauge proportions and I guess if you kill a bunch off at once, the nutrient spike.
The clear flatworms tend to stay in sumps, fuges, and other low lit areas. They also tend to keep low in population size. They are amazing swimmers! Neat to watch. I've had some that flouresed! I've not seen them in months, probably didn't survive, but it was freaky none the less. My sump looked like it was filled with fireflies one night!
