Skimmer not working

Hey all, Does anyone have any experiance with the Aqua C EV120 skimmer?
Mine's not producing any waste. I've tried tweeking the input and output valves over the past three months with no results.

I had the EV180 and would recomend you check that your water level is at the very top of the black box, and also remove the spray injection nozzle and make sure it is not blocked with deposits. What pump are you feeding it with?

also running air intake wide open worked best for me.

If you replace the spray injection nozzle.. does it need to be replaced with anything? Would you instead use a pump/venturi rather than the nozzle? That has me a bit confused.

I think an EV120 by default runs with a Mag7 pump. Theoretically they can be over-driven with a Mag9. Not sure if it actually helps performance or not.

I am saying to clean the spray injection nozzle not replace it.

nozzle is clean and im using a mag 9.5
