You could consider using hydroponics trays if you don't mind viewing only from the top. Botanicare or similar make for good bang for the buck ($/SF frag area) frag tanks: https://www.botanicare.com/products/id-tray/

I have a hydroponic frag tank for sale with everything you would possibly need (light, heater, pump,etc.)if you would like.

I could also just sell the hydroponic tray and the fast fit system with plumbing and sump if you would prefer to buy everything else separately.
