Actually a 2.5 gallon..
My tank is a 2.5 standard tank with an enclosed glass top (to reduce evaporation), a Penguin Nano filter (which will have a pad / carbon , but no bio wheel) a 25w heater (preset to 78 degrees)
I plan on having a 3 pound rock, and about 3 pounds of sand.. The light is a twin 13w PC (1 actinic 1 white) so it's quite "bright"
The questions: if I had to pick 1 small fish.. what would it be? I'm thinking something cheap... and cheerful like a blue damsil.. but other ideas?
I wont have any skimmer, so I'll rely on bi-weekly water changes to keep the thing non-toxic.. It will be in an office setting..
I plan on keeping a variety of corals / polyps in there as well, with a few hermits and snails for cleanup.
Basically I will steal established things from my main tank at home...
Ideas? Tips? Tricks?
