Starting new tank, looking for help.

I started my salt water tank two weeks ago. I am looking for about 10-15 lbs of live rock rubble, 30-40 lbs live rock and any extra live sand on hand and would like to buy it locally in the Duxbury area. ***All live rock, rubble and sand must be free of aptasia, bubble algae and other nuisance pests*** Also, I am looking for someone who knows the latest about tanks and can help me along with my tank with info. My first tank was long ago and I have been out of the hobby for many years. Looking for a good deal and anybody who has healthy fish they want to get rid of cheap contact me ASAP is better.
